Light & Shadow

The whole point of taking a photo is to capture the exact pattern of the light at a moment in time, at a certain location, pointing in a certain direction. Sometimes, just sometimes, that combination of place, time and angle come together to produce an image that reaches into your soul and pokes something deep down there. For many, each image speaks only to them, but occasionally an image will also speak to everyone on a deeper, connected, human level.
